1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bdagee ("bdagee", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at bdagee.net. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the bdagee platform — including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, virtual sports, and Vivo Live products — you confirm that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its terms, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

bdagee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided through the platform. Continued use of the bdagee service following publication of updated Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of the revised agreement. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English and the English version shall prevail in all matters of interpretation. The bdagee platform is operated for the Bangladesh market and is intended for use by adults aged 18 and above who are accessing the service voluntarily and for entertainment purposes only.

2. Account Registration

To access the full range of bdagee services, including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits and withdrawals, you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge and open to individuals who meet all of the eligibility criteria set out in this section.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to register and maintain a bdagee account, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a natural person acting on your own behalf — not a company, partnership, trust, or other legal entity;
• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during the registration process;
• Not currently be self-excluded from bdagee or any other online gambling platform under any active self-exclusion agreement;
• Not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one bdagee account at any time. Opening duplicate accounts — whether using the same or different personal information — is a serious violation of these Terms & Conditions. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bdagee reserves the right to close all associated accounts immediately, void any pending or historical bets placed from those accounts, and forfeit any balances held across all accounts without prior notice.

2.3 Account Verification

bdagee may request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or in response to unusual account activity. Acceptable forms of identification include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. You agree to provide these documents promptly when requested. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary restriction of account functionality or permanent account closure.

2.4 Accuracy of Information

All information provided during registration and at any subsequent point must be accurate and truthful. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information — including a false date of birth — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances. bdagee reserves the right to conduct checks against third-party databases to verify the accuracy of information provided.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

bdagee supports deposits and withdrawals via the mobile wallet payment methods most widely used across Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bdagee does not charge fees on deposits from its side; however, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which bdagee bears no responsibility.

3.1 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your bdagee account balance in real time following successful confirmation from your mobile wallet provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. You may only fund your account using a payment method registered in your own name — deposits from third-party wallets are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay wallet that is verified and registered on your bdagee account. bdagee targets same-day processing for all withdrawal requests submitted before 18:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Requests submitted after this cut-off will be processed on the following business day. bdagee reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request, and processing times may be extended in such cases.

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed;
• You must have wagered your initial deposit at least once before a withdrawal of that deposit can be requested;
• Bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus play are subject to separate wagering requirements as detailed in Section 4;
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the point of request;
• bdagee may limit the frequency or maximum value of withdrawals within a given time period at its reasonable discretion.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

bdagee offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 for new registrations, weekly reload bonuses, live casino cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with events such as Eid, BPL, and IPL. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific conditions stated in the individual promotion.

4.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded to your account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings generated from those bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion's offer page. Until the wagering requirement is met in full, bonus-derived winnings are held as restricted funds and cannot be withdrawn.

4.2 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per device, and per IP address;
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per person;
• bdagee reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or expire any active bonus or promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice;
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated on the promotion — expired bonus funds are removed from accounts automatically;
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances;
• Games may contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements — refer to the individual promotion page for the applicable game contribution table.

4.3 Promotional Amendments

bdagee reserves the right to modify the terms of any ongoing promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods, at any time. Where changes are made to an active promotion in which you are participating, we will provide notice through the platform where reasonably practicable.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the bdagee platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, event type, and market, as well as the general betting rules set out in this section. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules in full.

5.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is only considered accepted once a confirmation message is displayed on screen and the corresponding amount is deducted from your account balance. bdagee reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet at its sole discretion — including bets placed after the relevant event has commenced, bets placed on markets that have closed, or bets that appear to have been placed as a result of a system or pricing error.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and are displayed at the point of bet placement. bdagee may apply individual account-level betting limits at its discretion, particularly where unusual betting patterns are detected. These limits are set in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and are subject to change without notice.

5.3 In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting markets are available on selected events including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh national team fixtures. In-play odds are updated in real time. During periods of rapid score changes — such as wickets falling or boundaries being scored — markets may be temporarily suspended. Bets submitted during a suspension period will be either accepted at the new odds or returned to your account once the suspension is lifted, in accordance with the applicable market rules.

5.4 Voids and Abandoned Events

If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the minimum completion criteria for that market are met, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to player accounts. Minimum completion criteria vary by sport and market type and are detailed in the sport-specific rules available within the betting lobby.

5.5 Errors and Palpable Mistakes

bdagee makes every effort to ensure that odds are accurate at all times. However, in the event that a market is opened with clearly incorrect odds as a result of a technical error or human mistake (a "palpable error"), bdagee reserves the right to void all bets placed on that market and return stakes to the respective players. bdagee's decision in such matters is final.

6. User Obligations

By using the bdagee platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the following obligations at all times. Breach of any of these obligations may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

• You will provide accurate and current personal information at registration and keep it updated throughout the lifetime of your account;
• You will not share your account credentials with any other person or allow any third party to access or use your account;
• You will not attempt to access the platform using automated tools, bots, scrapers, or any software designed to interact with the platform in a non-human manner;
• You will not engage in any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, or any behaviour designed to manipulate the outcome of any bet or game;
• You will not use the platform in connection with any fraudulent, money-laundering, or other criminal activity;
• You will not place bets or play casino games on behalf of another person or as part of any commercial betting syndicate without prior written approval from bdagee;
• You will inform bdagee immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or activity on your account;
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Bangladesh relating to online gambling and will not use the platform in a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by law.

7. Account Closure & Suspension

7.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your bdagee account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, bdagee will process the closure within 2 business days. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered withdrawal wallet after standard identity checks, provided no terms violations are pending investigation.

7.2 Voluntary Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period of 1 week, 1 month, 6 months, or permanent closure via the Responsible Gaming tools available in their account settings. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately. During an active self-exclusion period, bdagee will not send promotional communications to the excluded account and the account will be inaccessible for betting and gaming activity. 7.3 Suspension and Closure by bdagee

bdagee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity;
• Duplicate account detection;
• Underage gambling — confirmed or strongly suspected;
• Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour toward bdagee staff or other players;
• Any activity that in bdagee's reasonable judgement poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or any market offered on it.

Where an account is closed by bdagee due to a confirmed breach of these Terms & Conditions, bdagee reserves the right to forfeit any remaining account balance. Where closure occurs for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, verified real-money balances will be returned in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdagee's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited into your account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bdagee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of business opportunity, even where bdagee has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

bdagee shall not be liable for losses or disruptions arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet outages, power failures, acts of government, natural disasters, or third-party payment provider interruptions.

Gambling involves risk. You acknowledge that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit and wager on the bdagee platform, and that bdagee bears no responsibility for any such losses. Gambling on bdagee is for entertainment purposes only and should not be treated as a source of income or a means of resolving financial difficulty.
